It’s in the howling of wolves
It’s in the creeping of the cold
Ancient spirits, sacred trees
Can you hear them roar?

Amongst the gods, the demons crawl
Amongst the gods, the horn has called
Running and escaping,
the wild hunt is beginning

Starless nights seem endless as they come from the darkness
There is no way to escape, the cycle has come to an end

If they come, you’ll have to fight,
Futile to resist this ancient rite.
Chanting, seeking in the night,
You are the herald of blood.

It’s in the eyes of the wolves
It’s in the dragging of the cold
Guardians of sacred trees, can you hear them call.
The circle of life is endless,

You are the chosen one.

Fellow hunter, you now carry the flame.
Through this sacred night, hunting and running fast, you live amongst the gods.
